The program is structured as a hybrid class, with a combination of both classroom with lecture and hands-on lab training, as well as online content. Many students successfully work full-time and part-time while attending the program.

The HVAC/R Level 4 class expands upon Levels 1 - 3 and introduces students to the following: Commercial Airside Systems, Commercial Hydronic Systems, Water Treatment, Construction Drawings and Specifications, System Air Balancing, Energy Conservation Equipment, Building Management Systems, System Startup and Shutdown, Heating and Cooling System Design, Commercial Industrial Refrigeration Systems, Alternative and Specialized Heating and Cooling Systems, and Introduction to Leadership.

Textbook is included for the course.  

Prerequisite REQUIRED for class: HVAC Level 3
