The program is structured as a hybrid class, with a combination of both classroom with lecture and hands-on lab training, as well as online content. Many students successfully work full-time and part-time while attending the program.

The Level 4 class expands upon Levels 1-3 and introduces students to the following: Business Principles for Plumbers; Water Pressure Booster and Recirculation Systems; Indirect and Special Waste; Hydronic and Solar Heating Systems; Codes; Private Water Supply Well Systems; Private Waste-Disposal Systems; Swimming Pools and Hot Tubs; Plumbing for Mobile Homes and Travel Trailers; Introduction to Medical Gas and Vacuum Systems; and Fundamentals of Crew Leadership.

Textbook is included for the course.
