The program is structured as a hybrid class, with a combination of both classroom with lecture and hands-on lab training, as well as online content. Many students successfully work full-time and part-time while attending the program.

The Level 3 class expands upon Levels 1-2 and introduces students to the following: Fasteners, Hardware and Wiring Terminations, Control Circuit and Motor Troubleshooting, Troubleshooting Cooling, Troubleshooting Heat Pumps, Troubleshooting Gas Heating, Troubleshooting Oil Heating, Troubleshooting Accessories, Zoning, Ductless and Variable Refrigerant Flow Systems, Commercial Hydronic Systems, Steam Systems, Retail Refrigeration Systems and Customer Relations.

Textbook is included for the course.

Prerequisite REQUIRED for class: HVAC Level 2
