The program is structured as a hybrid class, with a combination of both classroom with lecture and hands-on lab training, as well as online content. Many students successfully work full-time and part-time while attending the program.

The Level 4 class expands upon Levels 1-3 and introduces students to the following: Load Calculations – Branch and Feeder Circuits; Conductor Selection and Calculations; Practical Applications of Lighting; Hazardous Locations; Overcurrent Protection; Distribution Equipment; Transformers; Commercial Electrical Service; Motor Calculations; Voice, Data, and Video; and Motor Controls.

Textbook is included for the course.  The National Electrical Code Book is required for the class and the responsibility of the student to provide.

Prerequisite REQUIRED for class: Electrical Level 3
