The program is structured as a hybrid class, with a combination of both classroom with lecture and hands-on lab training, as well as online content. Many students successfully work full-time and part-time while attending the program.

The Level 3 class expands upon Levels 1-3 and introduces students to the following: Business Principles for Plumbers, Introductory Skills for the Crew Leader, Water Pressure Booster and Recirculation Systems, Indirect and Special Waste, Hydronic and Solar Heating Systems, Codes, Servicing Piping Systems, Fixtures, and Appliances, Private Water Supply Well Systems, Private Waste Disposal Systems, Swimming Pools and Hot Tubs, and Plumbing for Mobile Homes and Travel Trailers.

Textbook is included for the course.
