The program is structured as a hybrid class, with a combination of both classroom with lecture and hands-on lab training, as well as online content. Many students successfully work full-time and part-time while attending the program.

The Level 2 class expands upon Level 1 and  introduces students to the following: Commercial Airside Systems, Chimneys, Vents, Flues, Introduction to Hydronic, Air Quality Systems, Leak Detection, Evacuation, Recovery & Charging, Alternating Current, Basic Electronics, Introduction to Circuit Troubleshooting, Troubleshooting Gas Heating, Troubleshooting Cooling, Heat Pumps Basic Installation & Maintenance Practices, and Sheet Metal Duct Systems.

Textbook is included for the course.

Prerequisite REQUIRED for class: HVAC Level 1
