2019 brought in many new and important changes in the area of U.S. Government Contracts law. This course will provide students with the latest legal developments and trends from 2019 likely to affect U.S. Government contractors in 2020 and beyond. This will include most important Government Accountability Office bid protest decisions, U.S. Court of Federal Claims and Board of Contract Appeals decisions, trends in False Claims Act litigation, new compliance requirements, and recently published Federal Regulations. Students who complete this course will be aware of some of the most important changes that impact the area of U.S. Government Contracts law and should be able to better navigate various federal contracting rules and procedures.
