This instructor-led class is designed to prepare students to pass the Green Belt Certification for two (2) major certifying bodies. These bodies are: International Association of Six Sigma Certification (IASSC) & American Society of Quality (ASQ). Students will be able to remember, understand, apply, analyze, & evaluate quality, lean, and six sigma principals.  Green Belt training develops students into leaders and problem-solvers who can improve processes within their areas and functions. You will learn to collect and analyze performance data, identify inefficiencies and their root causes, and institute new protocols to significantly improve processes while leading teams through the process of change. 

Course topics include Quality; Six Sigma, & Continuous Improvement Overview; Lean Concepts & Fundamentals, including the Seven Elements of Waste; DMAIC Methodology; Probability & Statistics; Measurement System Analysis (MSA); Process Capability; Hypothesis Testing; Design of Experiments; Linear Regression; and Correlation.  Please note the exam is not included in the course.
