This course is a combination of instructor-led modules through Zoom and scheduled Face-to-Face proficiencies.

This class serves as the first Level of training in the Plumbing Craft.
Students will learn the following content: Introduction to the Plumbing Profession, Plumbing Safety, Introduction to Plumbing Math, Introduction to Plumbing Drawings, Plastic Pipe and Fittings, Copper pipe and Fittings, Carbon Steel Pipe and fittings, Corrugated Stainless steel Tubing, Fixtures and Faucets, introduction to Drain Waste and Vent (DWV) Systems
Textbooks is included for this course.

**Pre-Requisite REQUIRED for class: Core Craft Skills - Section # 3160001**

This trades program meets the requirements for a state registered apprenticeship; however, they do not place you into a state registered apprenticeship. Registered apprenticeship is between a student and an employer.

During the first class, students will complete required NCCER paperwork, receive class information and schedules, and check out their book(s). 

Class will meet in person with safety protocols, and will be set to shift to a hybrid delivery if guidelines restrict in-person meetings.
