This nationally recognized program of study is a hybrid study with 24 hours E-learning coursework. This 24 hour program is broken out into two main courses and 5 exams. First is an introduction to food service industry. Second is basic training in electricity, gas & steam. You also have a 10 hour ELearning to receive your OSHA 10 hour safety certification. You will then have 16 hours of classroom time on the basics of refrigeration. To end the course work you will complete a 6 hour classroom to prep you to take the EPA 608 certification. Upon completion you will take a proctored exam at an authorized service company. Upon passing the proctored exam you are guaranteed a job interview with that service company
