Students will also review skills in pharmacology, taking and documenting vital signs, cardiology including proper ECG lead placements, professional workplace behavior, ethics, and the legal aspects of healthcare. This program includes 198 hours of classroom lecture with hands on labs. Students must submit an application including a background check, drug screening results, and other admission requirements. Upon completion of the program, students are eligible to sit for the National Healthcareer Association (NHA) Certified Clinical Medical Assistant (CCMA) examination.  NHA exam voucher and study guide are included with tuition.  Exam voucher must be used within one year from class completion.  Textbook required.
