The heating, ventilation and air conditioning class is designed as a 4 year program for those working in the field as an HVAC Mechanic's helper. Topics include but not limited to compressors, condensers, installation ductwork, tubing, filters, controls, and switches. Classes are designed to reinforce students' work as a HVAC mechanic, and provide on-going preparation for the tradesman's licensure exam.  This introductory class includes but not limited to refrigeration and refrigerants, safety, tools, equipment, system charging and basic controls.
